Shipping
Updated 1 May 2026. We dispatch from Kolkata, West Bengal, to every serviceable pincode in India.
- Where we ship
- We currently deliver to all serviceable pincodes across India. If checkout shows your pincode as non-serviceable, write to hello@basuva.in — we can usually arrange a one-off dispatch via a courier of your choice.
- How long it takes
- Every Basuva order is woven and finished after you place it; there is no warehouse pulling from stock. Dispatch takes 2–4 working days from order confirmation. Once handed to the carrier, metro cities receive in 3–5 days, the rest of India in 5–9.
- What it costs
- Shipping is free on orders above ₹2,500. Below that, a flat charge applies based on your delivery zone — the exact amount appears at checkout once you enter your pincode.
- Who carries it
- We use Delhivery and Blue Dart for most cities, and India Post for pincodes the private carriers don't reach. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves the workroom.
- If a parcel goes missing
- Carriers occasionally lose, delay, or mis-route a parcel. If your tracking stops updating for more than four working days, write to us. We open a trace immediately and either reship or refund — your choice, not the carrier's.
- Address changes
- We can change the delivery address up to the point of dispatch. Once a parcel is in transit, we ask the carrier for a re-direct on your behalf, but cannot guarantee it.
