Acceptance: By using basuva.monvi.cloud or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the 'last updated' date above always reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Eligibility: You must be 18 or older to place an order. By creating an account or buying as a guest, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Orders & pricing: All prices are in Indian rupees and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and availability, but errors happen — we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order placed on a pricing or availability error before the parcel ships.
Made to order: Most pieces are woven after you order. Once production has started (typically within 48 hours of confirmation), the order cannot be cancelled. Before production starts, write to us and we'll cancel and refund without question.
Intellectual property: All site content — photography, text, the Basuva name and logo, and the underlying design system — is our property or licensed to us. You may share product photos with credit to Basuva for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use any of it for resale listings, fake-marketplace pages, or training datasets without written permission.
Your content: If you submit a review, a photo, or any feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for marketing the same product. You retain ownership; we promise not to misrepresent you.
Account security: You're responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access — write to hello@basuva.in and we'll force a session reset.
Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by Indian law, our liability for any claim related to the site or an order is capped at the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
